Research Assistant

I am a research assistant with more than eight years of professional experience in psychological research, administration, and communication. I have been studying and working at UQ for more than a decade, and am incredibly happy to call it home. I received my Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours here in 2010, and my Ph.D. in Social Psychology in 2017.  I have been employed with The School of Psychology as a Senior Research Technician since 2015, and have now moved full time to the School of ITEE. I’m currently working with Dr. Chelsea Dobbins on a lifelogging project examining wearable devices for emotion detection. When not on campus, you might find me giving out real estate advice (I’ve been a certified real estate agent since 2012), updating my first aid skills, working with my close friends on their Krav Maga business, or practicing my terrible dance moves.
